Hilton Garden Inn - Wilkes Barre

This new hotel in Wilkes Barre sought artwork for their guest rooms featuring the region. After meeting with the team, I started on the discovery phase - researching local interests, and finding what makes the area unique. A road trip was calling and I embarked on the 3+ hour journey to I immerse myself in the town, walking its streets and public square, even riding my bike through idyllic parks and the college campus. After presenting forty of the few hundred photos taken during that trip to the selection committee, they selected five images for a series that are now displayed in every guest room.
